Did you know that TRACKS was awarded a grant of £90,000 over 3 years by BBC Children In Need?! This grant is helping to fund our specialist early years programme for autistic children and help make a difference to the lives of children and young people facing disadvantage right here in Hertfordshire. BBC Children in Need currently supports over 3,900 projects in communities across the UK that are helping children and young people facing a range of disadvantages. Their vision is that every child in the UK has a safe, happy and secure childhood and the chance to reach their potential and, here at TRACKS, we couldn't be more grateful for their support!
